Workspace owners and admins choose how long original source documents are kept: 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, 24 months, or until manually deleted. Automatic source deletion is disabled until a retention period is chosen. Scheduled cleanup removes expired originals while extracted data and the review history remain in the workspace. Deleting a document manually removes both its extracted data and its stored source. Download any originals you need before their retention period expires.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Manualess is based in the United States. If you access the Services from other regions, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
